Iam experienced , matured and caring auxiliary social worker with a firm commitment to social carecare. My experience is rooted in a rock-solid background and differing life circumstances. I have dealt with social work in various private NPO's and Ian adaptable in any situation which comes before me . Iam also comfortable in both the solitary and group situationsituations, and also have good communication skills which are useful in times of contact with clients and external organizations. 

Team work and working well under pressure are my strength and am also willing to learn from others . I always make sure that I adhere to the values, objectives and vision of the the organization in order to ensure that the mission is accomplished

Intake(Receiving child protection case and investigation of children's circumstances) Attended case conference in multi-disciplinary team. Conducted home visits at the level of intake in oder to determine the case plan victim of child abuse .

Conducted needs assessmentsassessments, facilitated school and community needs. Compiled statistics and submitted monthly reports to the supervisor. Referrals, capacity building, awareness campaigns and also facilitated support groups of youth and people living with HIV/AIDS(PWHA) Maintained contact with other social agency to bring more information. Assisted clients to identify access within the available community resources .Helped clients to identify options, developed plans and actions by providing necessary support and assistance. Obtained feedback on client's overall situation and progress.
