I started my career doing transactional HR and over the last 10 years, my focus has been on transformational HR, developing HR strategy that impact on leadership development, culture change, team collaboration, employee engagement,HR compliance, high performance culture and employee value proposition. I operate as a strategic business partner whilst ensuring the HR foundations are steady. I am able to vacillate at all levels, including at Board level.
