I am a Training and Learning Development Specialist with an interest on the job advertised.

I have a strong knowledge of content development and training backed by the experience I have gained over the past 12 years. In my previous training and learning positions in various companies, including Momentum Myraid, I had to design, develop materials, implement and assist in the roll-out training in order for learners to gain a good grasp of work capabilities and plethora of both soft and technical skills. I enjoyed working well with various stakeholders and subject matter experts using creative technologies and tools to develop materials and do assessments.

I managed  to create an Foundational Art Workshop Manual for Art Circle Studio to be used in various identified ECD’s  and  assisted Moseki Consulting Engineering Company  in a great length the content they needed to include in their curriculum. Previous work experience within Momentum Myriad was to design, develop product manuals, train and worked with in-house instructional designer to start Myriad online assessment to be used across the entire country.  I adapt easily within  any industry I find myself in as the training and learning principles are the same.
