Duties:

• Providing desktop support to end users. 
• Install, update, and configure End-user devices. Install, update and support business applications. 
• Investigate, resolve, or escalate and monitor logged calls. Providing network support. Assist end-users with LAN connectivity. Monitor availability and performance of network. 
• Assess the need for, request and monitor the process of installation of network points.

Duties:

• Reviewing incidents for our internal Clients to ensure tickets are routed correctly and addressed in a timely manner.
• Applying the main concepts of RCA analysis and maintenance of known errors and problem records.
• Record information about resolved problems to speed up resolution time and identify permanent solutions.
• Work cross organizationally to ensure problems are solved promptly and effectively.

Support Engineer Intern

Duties:

• Daily ETL checking and monitoring. 
• Analyzing data for change in trends and using basic SQL statements to extract data.
• Application monitoring – system logs exception and ETL performance
• Checking completeness of data, making sure that it is accurate and up to date
