Tsakane Makhubela

I am a 44 year old lady who studied Bachelor of Administration Degree at the University of Limpopo in South Africa. I have majored in Industrial Psychology and Public Administration. My work life career commenced in September 2005 as the Human Resources Manager for a Trade Union which is facilitating the employees' rights for police officers and prison wardens in South Africa. 

I am quiet passionate about employees' development and their wellness in a working environment. I strongly believe in a phrase that the greatest asset in a company are employees and the working conditions of the employees must be the best so that we have satisfactory employees thus increasing productivity in the working environment.

I also have a strong background and experience in salary benchmarking, employee relations and talent management.

My last employment where my last day was in January 2023 was employed as the Executive Head of the Human Resources Department in a company which has partnered with the government to provide road transport for its citizens.

I have an 15 years experience in the Human Resources Sector. 

Between 2015 and 2016, I was employed as a Profiling Analyst where my main objective was to identify any illegal cross border operations for road passenger and road freight.

In addition to my academic degree, I am also a qualified Facilitator for adult learning, Assessor, Moderator, Coach and a Mentor.
