Dieketseng Maquaba

This is a motivational letter of Dieketseng Jacqueline Irene Maquaba. I am confident that my capabilities will fulfil the requirements.

I make a good impression and get along exceedingly well with people, I am always punctual and effective in my work. I communicate very well in written and spoken English and I am an enthusiastic person and always willing to learn to work. Also, my performance in a teamwork environment is exceptional, while developing good interpersonal relations with my fellow colleagues and creating a healthy environment for all my clients. I always create an environment conducive enough for myself to reach my utmost capabilities to perform my duties.

After completing my N6 in Human Resources Management, I started my Well Intergrated Learning (WIL) programme at the Department of Education (Free State) which started from February 2020 to April 2022. There I did my internship for 2 years in different departments of Human Resources Management. 

I went to Flavius Mareka TVET College to complete my Human Resources Management course for N6 certificate, and now I am awaiting my Diploma qualification.
