About Mphoentle Musa:
. I have extensive experience at provincial level management and Human Resource Management (extensive generalist experience) which is required in this post. I oversee the daily activities of a large human resources department and take on a number of other duties including hiring developing employee manuals and handling disciplinary procedures.
I am currently employed by the Department of Labour, as a Manager Human Resource Management and responsible for HRM in the province, mainly focusing on the following disciplines: Training and Development, Provisioning and Maintenance (Including Recruitment and Selection and Service Benefits) and Employee Relations and Employee Health and Wellness of all employees. I worked for the South African Social Security Agency as a Practitioner, Assistant Manager and Acting Manager Training and Development and have extensive experience in the unit (e.g. Training, Performance Management & Development and Employee Health & wellness, Managing Bursaries, Developing Annual Plan, In-house Training, Managing the Unit etc, more information is outlined in my CV attached).
I have extensive experience in Corporate Services, 3 years acting assistant manager in admiration and support services and have extensive supervisory experience, involved in implementation, advising on strategic and leadership management, policy analysis, people empowerment and management and managing and coordinating programmes and project management I am a change agent in the region of 1400 employees. Our unit is responsible for Administrative Management, Project Administration of Human Resource Management and registry.
I have a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), BCom Degree in Human Resource Management Cum Laude, Post Graduate Diploma in Management Practice and Innovative Leadership and a valid driver’s licence.
I have knowledge of the functioning PERSAL, Oracle, proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel, have great presentation skills, I can write, amend, monitor and evaluate implementation of policies in the organization. I have great communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills. In addition to the above, I worked as a practitioner in Provisioning and Maintenance and dealt with service benefits, recruitment and selection of executives and junior levels and gained eextensive experience in human resource management environment. Manage the Human Resource Support Services and the implementation of all the Human Resource policies, procedures and relevant prescripts in the province:
Responsible for management of HR both at operation, strategic and provincial level for all Northern Cape Offices

Manage the administration of service benefits and leave of staff in the province:
Render the processes and procedures of human resource administration effectively and efficiently
Monitor the leave system in the province to ensure effective utilization of leaver
Administer recognition of long service awards in the department.
Draft and implement SOPs in the province for R&S and service benefits
Manage the coordination of Human Resource Development interventions and the implementation of Organizational Development Strategy in the Province:
Implement and monitor HRD strategy plan
Direct needs assessment for training and staff development
Manage learning and professional development of core workforce
Manage, coordinate and implement the coordination of Workplace Skills Plan (WSP), Quarterly Monitoring Reports (QMR) and Annual Training Report (ATR) in the province and labour centre and load all training initiatives on Employee Management System (persal)
Manage the drafting and implementation of the WSP
Conduct regular skills audits to implement strategies to develop and attract scarce skills
Conduct job analysis and learning development reviews

Distribute condoms and ensure that employees are made aware through awareness campaigns on the appropriate use.
Arrange onsite health screenings with service providers such as GEMS.
Manage and coordinate the implementation of wellness activities, including scheduling, promoting and evaluating the program such as: sports, recreation and physical activities programmes
Manage and arrange and commemorate national calendar days which supports team building and cohesion amongst staff members (Cultural Day; Casual Day; etc).
