Deone Joubert

I get on well with others and have always excelled at team-based activities. I am a studios person and I am able to work well on my own initiative with minimal supervision. I really enjoy new challenges and I am a fast learner with good problem-solving skills. I am able to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis.

I am a conscientious person who works hard, pays attention to detail and meet deadlines in a timeous manner. I am flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. 

I believe that my work ethic is strong and that I will contribute to any organisation.

My career began in 2022 as a Personal Assistant while I was studying Human Resources. In 2023, I was promoted to a Human Resource Administrator. In 2024, I joined a company that provides HR and payroll services to more than 30 organizations, where I was responsible for managing six monthly payrolls and one weekly payroll. I also served as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.

After matriculating in 2021, I decided to pursue my passion for Human Resources and began my studies in 2022 at CTU Training Solutions. I graduated in 2023 with a Diploma in Human Resource Management.

During this time, I also did a short course in Project Management.
