• Arranging relevant training that meets required outcomes of managers, supervisors, health and safety, operators and etc.
• Ensuring that meetings and training events are effectively organized,  making arrangements of the venue and refreshments. 
• Applying the process of selecting a caterer and menu, taking into consideration of dietary requirements, and a company policy, ensuring that the register  is signed and tiding up the venue after the meeting/training is finisher.
• Administering course content, schedules, and attendance utilizing learning management system (LMS).
• Creating PR's on SAP system for all the training interventions, study assistance, PPE purchase, stationary, meals, and training refreshments and receipting. 
• Assist with employment interview process 
• Assist in translating in disciplinary hearings
• Supply new employees with all the required materials and resources such as, PPE, toolbox, locker arrangements, and study study packs.
• Obtain information from valid sources to determine training needs in the organization 
• Creating monthly reports for every training intervention from planned, in-progress to completed for all BTT regions.
• Educational assistance and collection of exam results 
• Issuing the certificates to the employees after attending training
