Over the course of my career, I have developed a proven ability to analyse business functions, procedures, and strategies, and provide clear, actionable plans for improvement. I pride myself on my ability to be goal orientated and can translate complex situations into strategic plans with understandable information that can be used to drive decision-making at all levels of an organization.

 These experiences over the years have refined my abilities and sharpened my strategic thinking, enabling me to tackle challenges head-on and deliver meaningful results in various situations.
I have also had the privilege of providing strategic advice and guidance to the Chairman and the members of the Board in certain of my roles, with the key responsibility of ensuring that they are aware of developments within the industry and to ensure that the appropriate strategic policies are developed to meet the Company’s mission and objectives and to comply with the overall company objective ensuring that they are aligned with all relevant statutory and other regulations.
