Through my experience in the education environment as the Faculty Coordinator, Office Manager, Programme Administrator / Coordinator, Head of Department, Student Journey Officer and as an Exam Administrator I have acquired effective and efficient time management skills, communication, negotiation and conflict resolution expertise.

 I have the ability to multitask and to be very incentive, as I effectively execute tasks of various nature in the cause of duty and initiate appropriate measures or solutions to issues related to my job. I have courage to always state an opinion effectively and convincingly and to work productively with a group of people and the ability to supervise and guide in the workplace.

Experience


As a Faculty Coordinator I provide administrative support to the Head of Faculty. I respond to enquiries from the academic and administrative colleagues and external organisations in a professional and customer focused manner. I provide support through out the registration and admission process, verifying and approving subjects credits and verifying results and documents for the certification and graduation process. I also draft and compile newsletters, induction and welcome packs. Coordinate the development of all the programme documents. Provide support to Human Resource by maintaining accurate records and files , by making sure that all academic staff documents are properly filled in, updated and completed.

During my time as a  Student Journey Officer and as a Programme Coordinator  I provided administrative support to the Sales Team throughout the Admission and Registration process. Addressed all queries and enquiries related to Admission and Registration process in a professional and customer focused manner. Making sure that all relevant documents are properly filled in ,updated and completed. Verified and assisted the students to  apply for subjects credits so that they could be approved by National Office. Worked with Finance Department on finance related issues of admissions and drafting application and registration letters.
