I am a professionally qualified and seasoned people manager with commerce degrees in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology and Industrial Sociology.  I gained more than 30 years business experience in South Africa and thirteen (13) other countries while functioning in several roles and industries (mining; civil engineering; roads & earthworks; building & housing construction; mechanical & electrical engineering; retail; telecommunication; education, petrochemical; manufacturing as well as the metal industry). I further distinguished myself as a successful general manager and entrepreneur.

I am a proactive, practical and hands-on person by nature that does not mind getting involved in the detail.  I am passionate about the leadership of people and organisations and enjoy facilitating the improvement and development of both.  I create cultures, structures and practices in organisations that are conducive to employee attraction, engagement, performance and retention as well as organisational efficiency and the safe execution of work.
