I am a BCom-qualified and seasoned professional with degrees in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology and Industrial Sociology.  Over the past 30 years, I have gained extensive business experience in South Africa and cross-border, working across multiple industries including mining, civil engineering, roads and earthworks, building and housing construction, mechanical and electrical engineering, retail, telecommunications, petrochemical, manufacturing as well as the metal industry.  My career has also included successful roles as a general manager and entrepreneur.

I am inherently proactive and hands-on, with a practical leadership style that balances strategic insight with detailed execution.  I am passionate about leading people and organisations while taking pride in facilitating meaningful improvement and development in both. Throughout my career I have built organisational cultures, structures, and practices that promote strong employee engagement, high performance, operational discipline and the safe execution of work.

My expertise spans the full spectrum of People Management which allows me to support business leaders and management teams with regards to industrial relations, performance management, recruitment, remuneration and payroll, training and development, organisational development as well as the leadership of change.
