My name is Dané and I'm a Cape Town-based multimedia designer with a passion for animation and children's book illustration.

I'm a versatile illustrator, animator, and storyboard artist with six years of experience bringing stories to life for clients like Instacart, Lego, and animation studios worldwide. Fluent in the entire Adobe Creative Suite, I can adapt to any style, from hand-drawn to vector-based illustrations.

My passion lies in storytelling, and I thrive on feedback, always aiming to refine my work. Graduating top of my class in 2019 with a multimedia degree, my final thesis was nominated for a Loerie Award. While I currently excel in animation illustration, I'm eager to break into children's book illustrations.

With a strong sense of style and storytelling, I specialize in storyboarding and layout, ensuring every project I undertake is compelling and visually engaging.
