 running smoothly from kick-off all the way through to launch and close out. While keeping the project delivery in time and budget.  I am eager for the opportunity to use my talents and acquired skill set to move a company/organisation/ institution forward.

In my role as Special Projects Lead, I work on many of the critical projects, including the start up and implementation of the Sub Sahara Africa & Motor Body Repairer (MBR) training initiatives. The highlight being the Talent and Leadership Development Programme which includes scheduling and timetables, communicating time tables, booking students for training and events management in the form of graduation ceremonies.

When an external issue derailed a crucial project milestone in any of my previous and current projects, I developed an all-team triage system to ensure other project sprints could continue moving forward.

My experience working with cross-functional, international teams has taught me the importance of building trusted relationships and inspiring a shared project vision. I can bring to any role the desired experience in developing successful project plans, communicating expectations clearly, and encouraging team enthusiasm, even in the late stages of the project cycle.

I believe my skills as a Special Projects Lead makes me a significant asset for any company/ organisation /training institute’s current and future needs. I am committed to continuing to grow as a leader and applying my talents.
