My Functions as HSERQ but not limited to:
Review All Safety documents i.e. Method statements, Risk assessments, SHE policies.
Compile SHE plans.
Audit Sub-contractors.
Book Inductions and medicals.
Communicate awareness and toolbox talks.
Keep, file and maintain records on site.
Investigate incidents.
Identify hazards and brief employees and sub-contractors on Risks.
Apply for various COC's for site.
Implement OHS act to all and making sure they comply.
Procure PPE and other Safety items.
Making sure that company and subcontractors are in good standing with COID.
Attend Meetings where and when required.
Assist Site Manager with planned critical tasks and other duties.

Achievements:
Trained a junior safety officer.
Oversaw Multiple Projects at the same time.
Maintained A zero LTI zone.
Visibility and Leadership in the field.
Upskilled a number of general workers
