I am a self-starter with great interpersonal skills who enjoys taking on new tasks and learning from my mistakes. I enjoy interacting with people, and I am especially excited that working with you will allow me to put my bilingual skills to use by speaking with customers from all over the world. My ultimate aim is to advance to a place of leadership in customer service, customer satisfaction is the aim of delivering excellent customer service and I know that getting the ability to expand my knowledge and develop my skills would help me get closer to that goal. I have strong interpersonal communication skills, as well as active listening and outstanding customer service abilities. I am capable of connecting callers and visitors with the appropriate staff, as well as handling simple customer service issues and requests. I am polite, welcoming, and diligent because sometimes all it takes is a smile and the ability to provide accurate information.
