I am a young, energetic individual that is very outgoing and loves people! I believe that movement is medicine and really bring true healing and freedom to someones life. I am a 500 RYT as well as a Pilates Instructor and qualified Personal Trainer. I have 3 years experience in these fields as well teaching children.

I have 3 years of experience within these fields. I have thought yoga to kids, corporate, outdoors, private clients, gym classes and group classes.  I have experience in mat Pilates as well as reformer. I have knowledge and experience in weight training, circuit training and HIIT. 

Education

I have a Diploma in Mindbody Specialist with Trifocus Academy which included a certification in a Pilates Instructor, Yoga teacher and Personal Trainer. I have completed both my 200hour and 300hour yoga teacher training, qualifying  m to be a 500RYT.
