I am a 500 RYT as well as a Pilates Instructor and qualified Personal Trainer. I have 3 years experience in these fields as well teaching children.

Education

I have a Diploma in Mindbody Specialist with Trifocus Academy which included a certification in a Pilates Instructor, Yoga teacher and Personal Trainer. I have completed both my 200hour and 300hour yoga teacher training, qualifying  m to be a 500RYT.
