As the Operational Executive Director of a well known Wine Estate, I lead the integrated operations of our award-winning wine business, the refined 5 star Hotel, the immersive glamping retreat, and our restaurant and hospitality divisions. My role is centered around harmonizing these multifaceted areas into a cohesive guest experience, anchored in quality, innovation, and sustainability.

Backed by a degree in Psychology and 25 years of professional experience in business development, change management, and marketing, I bring both analytical depth and commercial instinct to the estate’s strategic direction. My background enables me to navigate complex organizational dynamics, drive brand growth, and lead teams through transformation with empathy and purpose.

I am not a micromanager—I empower people. My leadership style emphasizes autonomy, trust, and results-driven accountability. I believe in nurturing creativity at every level and encourage ideation that enhances both the guest experience and operational efficiency.

Currently serving as the Operational Executive Director at Doolhof Wine Estate, I oversee the seamless integration of the estate’s core business pillars: wine production, hospitality (Doolhof Country House), the restaurant, and AfriCamps glamping. I am known for fostering innovation, empowering teams, and driving brand relevance through strategic marketing and operational excellence.
