Cleopatra Mogotsi

I am Cleopatra Mogotsi (Bcom law graduate and LLB student) . A person who is centrered by integrity, honestly and professionalism. A multi-skilled graduate who enjoys to be Agile and innovative. I am quick to solve problems and mitigate issues. I thrive when given a task to handle on my own but mostly enjoy team work. I believe assisting each other leads to reaching the collective goal seamlessly. For the past year, every role given to me, I have managed to succeed especially in the customer relationship sector. Working in the bank for the last year has really enhanced by skills including but not limited to problem solving, data capturing financial analyst etc.. this role I am applying for, I can assure you, I am the best candidate for it due to my experience. 

For the last year, I am have been given a role as a universal banker at standard bank. 

In this role:

• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a 
timely manner for the home loan product.
• Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research 
every issue and providing solutions
• Following the necessary rules and regulations to protect the 
client’s information at all costs
