 I am Computer literate, Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.  
During my 4 to 5years of employment within the Medical field as a Receptionist and Switchboard Operator/have some paypoint experience aswell wasn't fully trained/Callcentre Agent,Administrator  I have gained a lot of experience and skills. Within this position I have learned what the work of all the fields contains. I am very focused and result oriented and know how to communicate with clients. For example, one of my responsibilities was to keep clients updated while working under pressure and to assist them in completing forms accurately at the same time .Some of the skills that I have acquired was assertiveness, effective communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. I realized that I really enjoyed working with customers.I am a self- starter with the ability to demonstrate initiative, and creatively use available resources to meet goals.  
I am a quick learner, very motivated and I have proven to be able to work independently and in a team.
