Currently I am working at BAS Collectors doing collections for City of Johannesburg municipal accounts and NSFAS student’s loans. Prior that I have worked at 2 different call centers doing collections for Banks credit cards, personal loans and motor vehicles shortfalls.

I also have a solid 14 years retail banking experience dealing with front line customer service.

I thrive in high pressure and fast paced situations and striving for positive results by applying resilience and perseverance acquired from my past 5 years of call center experience.

I am a father of two children,love outdoors and having a good conversation with friends or strangers.I am open minded and non judgmental.

Key Responsibilities (On City of Johannesburg and Tshwane Municipality accounts)

 Contacting debtors telephonically on Excalibur platform and via e-mail,entering into monthly binding arrangement with the debtors. Informing them of the need to enter into valid monthly payment arrangement.
 Dealing with customers/debtors diligently, courteously and professionally while securing payments.

• Keeping safely on weekly basis R1 million in our premises, for use by ATM’s and Tellers, sending money away to SBV when we were above the limits and requesting it when it was needed.
