I have many years of customer service experience. I've trained many different individuals throughout my nearly 11 years of experience. Stock management was an area of management that I worked on daily. I am more than capable of moving onto another industry as I am quick to adapt. 

I strive to improve - to be better then I was the day before. It is my believe that the most important expect of business is the people, with that in mind I've honed my skills in communication & problem solving.

As manager in Pinelands, me & my team were able to continuously improve on our YOY(year on year) percentage, this means our sales were better than the year before. Our customer service was excellent, as we went the extra mile. I'm proud of how many individuals I had trained in Bargain Books as well as the managers I was able to assist with queries. For many years before becoming a manager I was a Category champion in the Childrens sections (11 altogether), this include managing the stock.
