Dealing with Clients and resolvings clients queries.

General Admin duties as it pertains to the vaccination site.

Screen clients before they get vaccinated.

Completing downtime forms for clients when system is down or there is load shedding,or not registered on (EVDS) system,and back capture them later when system is Good.

Doing outreaches for vaccination with Clinical staff at various places of Northern Substructure.

Always Practising Covid protocols.

Record all patients related movements and follow up on Clinicom.

Complete day and night report.

Complete diet form.

Complete movement list.

Taking of ID photos of new admissions,

After completion of documents, send file and documents via document book to appropriate

department as indicated.

Assist with admission, transfer and discharge documentations.

Ward administration duties

Responsible for supportive administration functions.

Responsible for effective management of communication.

Registering patients on the patient administration system (Clinicom).

Responsible for folder management file, retrieve, archiving and disposal of folders.

Maintaining patient appointment system

Data management and capturing.

Answering of telephones and management of telephonic queries and

Take massages, evaluate what is important and direct it to appropriate person or departments.

Do telephonic calls on request of operational manager or person in charge.

Manage people using the front gate.

Receive public and visitors in a professional manner and refer them to appropriate persons.

Make and send faxes & photo copies and report any problems.

Complete E –requisition’s (electronic or hand written) and follow up.
