I am a driven individual with over 15 years of international Hospitality Management experience, and 8 years of Operational Management and Operational Analysis.

My experience has found me developing and leading change programmes, both on small and large programmes. I thrive on contributing to and leading a team, whilst able to drive effective continuous improvement.

I have a succesful record of finding the balance between driving budget and guest satisfaction with an aim to increase profitability, making an impact and ensuring maximum efficiency.

I am a driven individual who has over 25 years of hospitality internationally. My experience ranges from 5 star hotels and 3000 capacity nightclubs, to boutique restaurants and ski hotels.

Having spent a number of years studying linguistics and analysis, I also have extensively deloped skills in communication and analysis.

I have a degree in linguistics, a BTEC diploma in engineering, and undertaken numerous management and leadership courses. I am a big believer in continuous development.
