Seasoned Organisational Development and Workforce Planning professional with extensive City of Johannesburg experience and private-sector consulting.
- City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality: Acting Director, Organisational Development (Nov 1–May 30, 2023); Director (from Jun 1, 2023–present). Key duties include delivering organisational and job design programmes aligned to the IDP, developing and implementing the City’s Workforce Planning Framework, leading city-wide change management, providing executive advisory, and overseeing budgeting, governance, risk, assets, performance reporting, and ILPs.
