Lungile Mkhize

I'm a fast leaner with experience in both Operations and SHERQ compliance. Having held the positions of Country Manager in another country and currently a General Manager back in South Africa, I'm capable of leading teams to maximise their productivity and efficiencies through my strengths of communication, quality and collaboration. 

I'm currently the General Manager for a Healthcare company based in Johannesburg. Prior to that, I held the position of a Country manager responsible for the full business operation in Eswatini for a pharmaceutical business. Prior to working in operations, I held different roles up to Head of SHEQ managing compliance in up to 10 African countries in healthcare. Having being in SHERQ compliance for over 15 years, I've had great successes in developing and implementing systems to drive continuous improvement and business efficiencies.

In possession of a National Diploma and B Tech Degree in Environmental Health from Tshwane University of Technology. Also completed my Postgrad Diploma in Business Administration from Wits Business school. Will be doing the second year of my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at Henley Business School in 2024.
