I have over 4 years of exposure to the manufacturing environment. I am a high-energy, self-motivated individual. I enjoy exposure to new challenges and am always searching for new opportunities for growth and development. I have exposure and experience in the following: leading or being a member of stoppage reduction, machine efficiency, plant commissioning, waste reduction, quality improvement, and implementation projects; modification of equipment and process lines; equipment optimization; creation of work standards and procedures; carrying out operator training to build workforce competency;  implementation of TPM; engagement in regular problem solving and day-to-day plant troubleshooting; materials management & planning to ensure process line uptime; stocks verification; managing people and activities; carrying out performance management, analysing & tracking of measures (KPIs, APIs, PPIs); quantifying losses and financial impact of plant issues, verifying costing discrepancies with plant data; overseeing daily production activities through plant walks, GMP walks; leading the production team to meet shiftly plan; and analysing process data and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
