About Cheslin Dowman:

I am a hardworking person, friendly and extremely patient. I enjoy helping others better not only their lifestyles, but also them as people. I work well with others and adapt very quickly. I am very punctual and always put my best foot forward. I enjoy sports such as soccer and am able to do sports specific training as well as normal strength training. I have a passion for fitness and enjoy helping others obtain that same passion.

I started working at Body Future Gym as a part-time student, to now being a full time fitness instructor.

Education

I did my level 1 Sports Coaching at Northlink Tygerburg. I then went on to get my qualification in Sports, Recreation and Exercise Sciences at the University of the Western Cape.
