About Cecile van Zyl:
I have been involved in the Aviation and Aerospace industry for the last 18 years. I have been employed by my current company as an Aircrew Scheduler and Travel Co-Ordinator for the last 9 years.
My current role requires that I have highly organizational, interpersonal, analytical, administrative and communication skills. I’m used to working in a high-pressured environment and am required to meet very strict deadlines with minimal supervision. I thrive under pressure, am a self-starter and can work on my own or as part of a team.
I am able to perform multiple tasks concurrently and accurately and have a keen eye for detail as my current role allows little room for error.
Since I work in a very dynamic industry, I can adapt to constant and sudden change. I think fast, on my feet and make decisions with sound judgement whilst keeping time, financial and other factors, or constraints in mind.
I am very happy at my current company and am seeking a new opportunity because I will be relocating to Polokwane. Although I will be very sad to leave my current employment, I am also very keen to pursue a new opportunity and grow into a new role and career and to become part of a new company.
