I obtained high experience as a Sales and Marketing Rep at Tri Union Trucking and client liaison consultant/ customer care representative at Load RunnersSA. At Bigfoot Express I worked as a Customer Care Consultant/PA/Operations Administrator for 2 and half years. I have up to 10 years of experience as an office administrator and call centre consultant. Between November 2012 to March 2013, I was employed as an Administrative Assistant at the Gauteng Provincial Office of Public Protector, South Africa. My duties included registration of new complaints, relieving at Reception, assisting in the verification of Assets as well performing any additional administrative work assigned by the Senior Admin officer. Prior to that, I was employed at Merchants (Cellc) as a Workforce management administrator ( Real Time Administrator and Analyst); and have customer service experience with Standard Bank (card division) call centre where I was responsible for incoming calls, client’s complains, billing queries, as per my CV. Through my work at these institutions, I have gained invaluable experience in so far as general administrative work and customer service is concerned. I have also developed good interpersonal, communication, people, as well as time management skills. I also can interact with people from different backgrounds. In addition to my work I hold a Certificate in Business and Computer Studies from Absa City Campus, and I am presently studying towards a Certificate in Human Resource Management at UNISA.
