Open client on Chase using the correct client codes.  Open physical job bags and distribute to the relevant departments.  Upload client briefs onto Chase.  Assist in ensuring that the correct client job number is allocated to the correct client brief on the Chase software.  Do purchase orders for Medical Copywriters / Freelancers and add to costing sheet, once approved by the Account Executive.  When purchase orders are received, load onto Chase and do a Billing Instruction, change Cost Estimate to approved and send to Accounts Assistant
