About Kgaogelo Grace Mdhluli:
My name is Kgaogelo, I am a 36 year old black female. I do not have any disabilities. I have six years of experience as a Personal Assistant to the owner of Pixel Pro Photography. During my time at Pixel Pro Photography, I would communicate to customers on a daily basis, which improved both my written and verbal communication skills. Most of the bookings were done online and I completed an End User Computing NQF Level 3 course during 2019 which really boosted my computer skills. I have learned to pay close attention to detail when compiling customer information because one missed digit could be the loss of potential business. My duties included answering all inquiries, making bookings for clients, composing and sending out invoices and handling travel arrangements. I was also part of the digital marketing team helping to manage the company’s social media platforms. I used my skills at the Military where I was employed in the Patient Administration office at their Sickbay in Phalaborwa. My experience there taught me how to work in a big corporation. My duties included preparing patient documents, making doctor’s appointments and capturing patient data. I work well in a single setting or in a group. I am self motivated, patient and a fast learner.
