I have +20 years of work experience ranging from but no exclusive to debt collections, team and client management, data sorting, client liaison, queries and escalations, bank & trust recons and payovers as well as admin, hr administration, employee file maintenance & upkeep, education verification and crim/cred checks, employee benefits, leave allocation and payouts, 13th cheque and bonus analysis and payments, maintaining relations with various stakeholders shifting rosters, working hour calculations, salary releases, Sage, Quickbooks, some HRIS, recruitment, staff training and upskilling, disciplinary action, contract and addendum creations and updating system and ESS Sage. I have a good amount of knowledge in debtors and creditors as well and am also learning to use SAAP currently
