Maintain debtor’s book to ensure that the debt status is accurate and latest.
Review collection queries posted on Sales Force, Excalibur and RS Debtors to perform 
collection activities accordingly. 
Monitor slow moving accounts to identify delinquent debts and take necessary action to 
recover debt. Effective and timely updating and reconciliation of accounts and preparation of 
manual invoices.
Investigating and resolving all queries on external customers’ accounts and providing this 
information to the relevant internal source in order to ensure that these corrections are 
processed timelessly and accurately.
