With roughly ten years’ experience in various administration fields, I have come to understand and appreciate the importance of policies and procedures.  Throughout my time spent at Midalpro, Vodacom, The Kempston Group, Polyoak Packaging and my current position, I have found that when required, I can easily adapt to various departments and adapt to the requirements of the role with ease.  I am able to grasp new concepts, analyse and diversify the administration within the procedural limits in order support to improve customer service.

My strengths are rooted in taking on solution driven challenges, flexibility and reducing turnaround time while communicating new procedures quickly and efficiently to staff and customers alike.  I am accustomed to working in environments which require complete discretion and confidentiality and take pride in the fact that I am entrusted with that information.  Conscientious and detail orientated are phrases I associate my professional life with.

I obtained a Nebosh International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety in 2019 and am currently trying to complete various other short courses.  This skill has prepared me well to make a significant contribution to approaching challenges in the workplace.

Currently, I am an Administrator and Receptionist for an Orthotist and Prosthetist. I am in the process of trying to update the Practices documentation control policies, as well as updating the computer and landline systems. My ultimate goal is be completely paperless by 2025. In the past four months, I have managed to streamline the billing process, as well as make a progress in terms creating a more structured filing system. I have also managed to control the practices data usage and find a more efficient internet solution.

While I have had a few significant achievements, I truly feel that the best is yet to come and cannot wait to make a positive contribution to your organization.
