I am very driven and hardworking. I am strictly focused on time management and providing the best services. I am a fast learner and are always willing to take a step back and observe. I am very responsible, and goal driven. I always manage to complete the task given. I work well under pressure and am adaptable to circumstances. 

In 2021 I had the privilege of joining one of the most famous and successful workshops in the Automotive Industry, Steve's Auto Clinic in Stikland. I also started as a Parts Clerk and my duties included ordering and checking parts as well as evaluating their quality. I was promoted to Service Advisor. This was a target-driven position and challenged me on different levels. Duties included the book of car services and contacting customers after the car service as part of the After-service policy, contacting insurance and warranty companies as well as advertising our company’s services on personal and digital platforms. 

I am fully bilingual and computer literate (MS Office and PowerPoint). I work well under pressure and will always respect my occupation and those who work with me. 

I also obtained my Code 14 – Learner's License in June 2024.
