About Cameron Libera:

I am a Sport and Exercise Science professional with a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and a specialization in adapted physical activity. My career spans clinical rehabilitation, sport performance, and preventative health, giving me a well-rounded foundation to work with diverse populations — from athletes and youth to older adults and individuals managing chronic conditions.

My expertise includes:

Designing and implementing evidence-based training programs for strength, endurance, and performance optimization.

Developing adaptive and rehabilitative exercise strategies for injury prevention, recovery, and long-term mobility.

Applying knowledge of biomechanics, physiology, and motor control to enhance functional movement and quality of life.

I have experience in both clinical and athletic environments, with a track record of tailoring interventions to meet specific goals — whether that means peak performance, safe return-to-play, or lifelong health and independence.

I am driven by the belief that sport and exercise are powerful tools not only for performance, but also for rehabilitation, wellness, and community health. I am open to opportunities across sport science, strength & conditioning, exercise therapy, and health promotion.
