About Calvin Ndlovu:

I'm a sales consultant who has worked in both the Retail space as well as  the Call Centre space. I've worked in both of these fields for the past 13 years. In the Call Centre space I've done sales and customer retentions having managed in the same field for 3 years. I've got vast knowledge and experience in the field that can help make a big difference for companies and clients out there.

Experience

I worked as a Sales Consultant and Cashier in the retail space for 1 year then I moved to work in Tele sales for 9 years.

I started out as a Sales Consultant in Call Centre space for 5 years, I then moved to become a Quality Assessor for a year in 2019 before being promoted to Call Centre Sales Management in 2020 till 2022. I'm currently working as a Customer Retentions Consultant since April 2022.

Education

I acquired a Diploma in Information Technology and am current doing an online study in Data Analysis.
