In my previous position as a Travel Consultant at Safari.com. I specialized in crafting personalized travel experiences for a wide range of clients. Whether working with individual travelers or large corporate groups, I enjoyed understanding their needs and creating detailed itineraries that exceeded their expectations. My ability to build strong client relationships resulted in a high level of repeat business and referrals. Additionally, I am proficient in using reservation systems like HMS, Alice, SEMPER, Nightsbridge and Sabre, which allowed me to streamline the booking process and provide efficient service. 

As a Reservationist at Gondwana Private Game Reserve and more recently Mount Nelson Hotel, I handled a high volume of reservations and customer inquiries. My role required me to be highly organized and detail-oriented to ensure all bookings were accurate and clients were satisfied. Multitasking was essential, and I took pride in managing multiple responsibilities without compromising on quality or customer care.
