My career is more of a lifestyle, I have grown to love what I do and the fact that every day is different from the last, with its own unique challenges, keeps me on my toes for new experiences, adventures and opportunities. My passion fuels my success. 

Networking and getting to meet new people is more of a hobby, I love listening to others about their experiences and adventures, regardless of the topic.

For me, having a goal and structure leads you to success, and management means having the ability to always ask the right questions, in order to fully understand situations and make decisions. Planning and organization is a key to exceeding expected results. And all of this is achieved through great leadership.
