APPLICATION FOR TEAM LEADER POSITION.

I would like to express my interest in the position of the TEAM LEADER position as was advertised.

I am confident that I have the knowledge and skills to professionally fulfill the position as required by SARB. My time spent in SBV has prepared me for such an opportunity and I hope I can contribute soon as a team leader for SARB . 
I am confident that my proven track record of excellent work ethic, attention to detail will make me an asset to SARB and allow me to contribute to the teams success. As I am already a team member, it will be a breezz to become the leader of a team. I will develop a strong relationship with employees  making them more productive and responsible. 
I am eager to enhance and refine my personal development within SARB and take on the challenges that lie ahead.Given the opportunity I will perform my duties with dedication and loyalty. It is my aim to be part of a successful team that is directly involved in making  a success, as I believe I have a role to play in making SARB a success.

I have worked for SBV from 2014. I started as a Retail Runner Receiving work from the chute and from sbv box control room. Then I got the opportunity to work as cash processor / Teller  from 2016. In 2020 I was trained to become a team controller. I then got the opportunity to be a team controller, but due to COVID-19 the position was frozen. Then I had to continue as an acting team controller.
This gave me the opportunity to work as a team leader and get the experience to work with  people.
