respective Regional Cost Centre.
2. Administer supporting documents for
invoices/claims and Investec cards to be sent to
Cape Town.
3. Monthly stock take of inventory and assets.

6. Liaison with Maconomy regarding
creation/updating client contacts.

8. Organise and arrange team events as
required.

10. Purchase order processing for suppliers.
11. Update Eye-Q LMS with certificates and
completions status.
12. Order job card books for clients.
13. Update and maintain system
