Good day
I have more than 20 years in the Call Centre industry. I have worked as an agent, QA, Nightshift Supervisor and Acting Manager at the Automobile Association of South Africa, I have also worked at DIscovery Health in the Authorizations Department and Linked2care as a Night Shift Supervisor.
I have a great work ethic, adaptable to any environment and learn new things fast. I am kind, most importantly honest, strong moral values and love people.
If you give me the opportunity I will adjust very quickly in my position. I am in in the customer Care/ Service industry as I believe my talents is to serve my common man. I care about those around me, always go the extra mile, empathetic and companionate.

I worked in the Call Centre industry for more than 20 years. I worked as a Night Supervisor for Automobile Association of South Africa( The AA in Kyalami, Midrand), Link2Care in Pretoria East, Discovery Health I worked myself up from being an agent in the medical aid department in the customer service Department to Supervisor of the Authorization Department in Centurion.
Education
I attend high school at Willow Cresent Secondary High School from 1994 to 1998 and then later on in 2008 I attend the University of Pretoria where studied for 3 years BA Human Movement Sciences degree.
