I am a person that likes to co-ordinate and gather information.  The experience that I have gained while working at the previous companies has also equipped me with the knowledge and skill of being able to work with people, how to handle pressure and the ability to assist people with their daily computer related problems.

My current duties are to provide telephonic user support, assist users with Windows/ Novel accounts, printing problems and setting up Outlook mailboxes and Internet as well as log all computer related calls and to follow-up on these calls, all of which I have mastered. I am a person that does not like to dwell in my comfort zone that I why I want to undertake this new venture.
