I have 15 years experience in one of the biggest Retail company as a Call Centre agent within a Customer service department where my duties are broad, from Inbound and Outbound calls to communicating with customers via Outlook and Smses to opening New Accounts, Collections and Debit Review.

I am currently studying RE5 at Moonstone excellence school.
