Botshilo Ndlovu

 I have more than 23 years of call canter ,data capturing and tracking experience working as a technical officer. I worked for Truworths as a debt collector in Pretoria CBD. Then worked as a dispatcher at Openserve (for the Gauteng, North Eastern, Southern, Western and Central regions). In 2014, I moved to Port and Divert Management where I was assisting technicians nationally. Before the current retrenchment, I was working at UMC where I was assisting technicians with V5.2 faults creating dialing tone and changing ports where necessary. I have a national diploma in Small Business Management. I majored in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. 

My first job was in 1997 at Truworths as debt collector. In 2001 I was hired at Telkom as a data carputer. I moved to Dispatch section as a call center agent , I was dispatching technicians allocating jobs on their names according to their skills. In 2015 I moved to ANTC special tech test centre where i worked in the inbound call centre assisted technicians diverting spares and creating dailing tones.

I matriculated in 1994 at Makgoka High School. In 2003 I acquired my National Diploma in Small Business Management at University of Pretoria which is now called Tshwane University of Technology.
