I have +15 years of professional experience in IT Managed Service and Outsourcing, with my most recent position being that of a Senior Process Associate. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong service-oriented approach, which I believe aligns well with the values and needs of most company that practice world class standards. I gained extensive experience in process optimization, ensuring that workflows were streamlined to enhance efficiency and productivity. I am particularly proud of my strengths in collaboration, problem-solving, and organization. Apart from being a Certifications: WGS4FM - Masterclass SAP S/4HANA Finance. SAP certified application Professional - Financials in SAP S/4 HANA 1709 for SAP ERP Financials Experts. I'm also Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt holder, I have acquired expertise in visually mapping the steps involved in delivering a product or service, from supplier to customer. Lean Six Sigma is a methodology used to identify waste, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement in most industries. I've attained ITIL V3 Foundation Course, covering key components of the ITIL Service Lifecycle. Gained knowledge in Service Strategy (SS), Service Design (SD), Service Transition (ST), Service Operation (SO), and Continual Service Improvement which comes handy in understanding a true values in customer care and service delivery of any kind.
