  • Lead the application of lean principles such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen (continuous improvement) to optimize production processes and perform quality inspection on final products. 
  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and visualization to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and enhance decision-making. Leveraged insights to streamline operations and boost productivity.
