I am writing to you in regards to the the position advertised through. I am delighted to apply for such a position, as I already possess years of experience in a variety of this role.

I am a highly self motivated and friendly person. I also maintain a strong communication skillset. I am so eager to learn about anything provided within the organisation. I have an enthusiastic manner and give attention to every detail. I would love the opportunity to come and work for the company. 

Being a hotel receptionist at Emperors palace has acquired me strong interpersonal skills. I have been doing this since from being a student as I was in a Learnership.  This role has exposed me to public speaking as I would engage with different guests and their cultural backgrounds. I have dealt with reservations and telephonically. Their room prices and any special requests dealt with 

Matriculated in the year 2006 from Nigel High School. I did Accounting, Business Economics, English, Afrikaans and Mathematics. I passed and obtained a senior certificate. 

I also furthered in the Learnership which was called the Peermont Educational Learnership Trust. Completed the NQ4 certificate in food and beverage management course. This certificate was completed in the year 2013
