With a National Diploma in Human Resources Management and Development, and the seven years of experience I believe I have the needed skills to excel.

My role at my current job has changed along with the changing needs of the company. In addition to the traditional Human Resource duties of payroll and benefits administration, company policies and procedures, and Global and regional HR experience my position has evolved to include recruitment through social media sourcing hiring training and participating in global and regional organizational development. In this manner I function well in my environment. My combined education and experience make me an excellent choice. I believe in talent acquisition and retention. As a Human Resource Professional my focus is on the best interests of all and in creating employee-centered company environments.
